I was not going to submit a review until I read the one with zero stars. I love this product because it does exactly what it says. The very first time I used it, I did not follow the directions exactly and my ears were burning because I did not put any of the pink lotion provided on them. Also, I did not leave the product on my hair long enough because I was not certain how much of my natural curl would be affected. After 4+ years, I have found the perfect balance of relaxed curl vs straight and get no burning. The only downside is that there is just too much product provided for my very short hair. I have a fade cut and really wish that two containers were provided so that I did not waste what was left over.

I agree with the 0 star Review. I too bought this product and now have relaxed hair. I have been natural for well over a year now and just wanted to soften my look, now I am back to relaxed hair having to use a flat iron. What deception. Wish I would have never bought this. I wonder if they put the wrong product in the box. Will be staying away from Pink altogether.

I was very disappointed with pink shortlook it did not perform near as good as the previous product shortlook which would curl the hair. Your new product is to relax curl. How can I obtain the previous short look product??

I love it !!This product does exactly what it supposed to do!! I have soft, non-greasy, beautiful curl, well I have tight curly hair but it loosened them up just as I wanted. I don't have to reapply often..If you follow directions properly you should have no problem.

I'm really disappointed by this product. It stripped all the curl out of my natural hair! I was hoping for silky curls, and got straight hair....sucks! And it started burning almost instantly, and I do not have a tender sensitive head at all. I could have just used a relaxer. Great...

So disappointed with this product! I too been wearing my hair natural and now my hair is straight...I Just cut it off!!!! I have no problem with wearing short hair, but I was in the process of growing my hair. I had the product in my hair less than 5 minutes and noticed the straightness instantly. I quickly washed it out..so MAD! If you want a soft curl...DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
