I purchased 10 cookies and cream sandwiches....I received 1 regular ice cream sandwich. When I questioned it they said to return it that they didn't have the item...yet they are still selling it. This was a gift for my nephew which he didn't get. Also to get my money back I needed to ship the 1 item back to them, which was going to cost me almost $10, and the post office said I can't send food..so it looks like I paid for 10 of 1 thing and got 1 of another. Very upset. Will never buy anything from these people...#igotscammed

These were much, much smaller than the picture shown on the package. Still cheapest per ounce than any other astronaut ice cream sold on Amazon, so worth the money & purpose for which I needed them. The packages were crushed upon arrival, and it had nothing to do with the Amazon shipping - it was the seller & manufacturer of the product. Inside the plastic, upon opening, all of the enclosed small sandwiches (about the size of my palm) were in paper packages as well. It appeared as though those packages were slashed by razor blades on 9 out of 10 packages I opened. At first I was a little paranoid that it was going to impact the product quality, but the outside packages were vacuum-sealed so I served them anyway. Given that these are pretty much crunchy marshmallow snacks, if you haven't had them before, the core of the product stayed together while the outer edges were turned into sand consistency even though they shouldn't have. Every package had a handful of crumbs that should've been ice cream, but now unusable unless you poor it directly into your mouth from the bag. We needed a quick turn-around of a space product and this worked for us, but certainly not the quality I expected when purchasing astronaut ice cream from COSI Science Center in the past.

SO disappointed. My kindergarten class is learning about space. I thought it would be a great treat to let each student taste space food! We received ONE package of food in each pack. ONE. It clearly states that we would receive TEN. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Don't believe the advertising or the discounted price. You are only getting ONE package. I was informed by the supplier that this is NOT actually 10 packages. It is only one, but you don't find that out until you place your order. I'm trying to cancel mine right now.

Unlike some of the negative reviews, I received 10 individual ice cream sandwiches (within a single package, of course). I've tasted three of the flavors from this brand, and this one is my favorite (compared to neapolitan and mint chip, and these are more likely to be fully intact than the non-sandwich flavors,which often are broken in the package). It really tastes like a cookies and cream ice cream sandwich, but it's crunchy (which I love), not unlike the marshmallows in lucky charms cereal, and melts slowly in your mouth. Probably not for everybody, but if you like that kind of thing, you'll love this. I'm addicted. I've gone through one a day so far for the past week, and now have to buy more. Here's hoping I get another 10 and not just one...

I want to start off this review by saying that I read the other reviews that stated that only 1 ice cream was shipped. I took those reviews into account when ordering this. However I figured that because I had ordered astronaut ice cream from the same reviewer 2 times before without any issues I probably would be receiving the amount listed. This flavor of astronaut ice cream is definitely the best flavor I've had and I've tried Neapolitan, Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip, and regular Ice Cream Sandwhich. The Ice Cream Sandwhiches are the best ones to get in my opinion but Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwhich is even better. Definately will order again.
