My favorite polo shirt--already ordered the blue and silvery tan colors. Fits true to size in a comfortable wear fit (not baggy but not plastered), looks professional and the feminine cut gives just the right amount of look to it. Quality fabric (none of that too thin crap), superb construction (heck, even the buttons are solidly built), should last a long time with proper care. My only wish is that they would provide more colors in their female line like they have for the male line--women like colors!

Love this shirt, in fact, I will probably end up buying two or three of each color. This looks good with the 5.11 women's #64359 ripstop TDU pant (which has the modern waistband placement instead of the older higher one), more casual but professional slacks, and really upgrades jeans. Could easily wear with a long jean skirt--or dress up a pair of 5.11 cargo shorts. Just adding some jewelry changes it up, too. So if you are wanting something for everyday work that is not a blouse but still has to look "work appropriate", this is a superb buy.

Not surprising, 5.11 is known for its quality stuff.

I bought this for my girlfriend because her uniform shirts are a men's cut and are completely unflattering. Unfortunately the color is too dark for her to wear at work but the fit is very feminine while maintaining a professional look.

It's been rare in my military career to need civilian clothes for work but the couple times that I have, this shirt has been awesome. I don't feel like I'm going to rip it if I snag it on something. You always need pen/pencil, but front pockets on female shirts are usually awkward, these shoulder pockets are very handy. It's a comfortable fit - not super tight in the body and the sleeves aren't long like men's shirts or digging into my arm pitts like most women's shirts. It feels like it was tailored for me. And looks very professional

I couldn't be happier with these shirts I got for my work uniform. Due to the weight of my radio mic (and me refusing to button the top button) I have to clip my mic below the buttons because, when clipped to the shoulder, my bra is exposed when I lean over. Super comfortable and wash well. I put them through the drier and they come out great. The product description is spot on.

The fabric is great. If debating size (and you are 5'3"ish) go with the smaller, as the length is excessive for short women. Price is high, but 100% cotton and great durability means you should go for it. Two of the four shirts from almost five months ago have defects (small reparable holes) from my full time work. Ordering more.
