This thing was a total waste of money. So flimsy it broke in the box and was received broken. Pincers were in pieces-totally unfixable.

this item is a piece of junk and I am thinking of returning it. the grabbing claws are plastic and poorly constructed and will only pick up light items. I have other reachers that have better control and are stronger. I expected much more. Sorry to say this product is a DUD!

This tool is great for picking up annoying little things that fall on the floor underneath furniture or in corners. No more hands and knees reaching with a bad back to get the lipstick that rolled under the dresser! The grabber is not sturdy enough for heavy items, but the pinchers are delicate enough for almost anything else.

The grabber I ordered was the cheaper model. You get what you pay for and this model will do - just! The first one arrived broken and the company was very good about sending me a new one. If I had to do it over again, I would have ordered a more expensive one.

I could have just picked up a tree branch for such grabbing ability. Maybe they meant you need to pick someone up to help use this thing!

When I received the thing I new it wouldn't last. It has this handle where you have to push in the grip and it makes a click and the grabber closes. Way too mechanical for the lightweight tool and adding the fact that you are picking stuff up with this and it doesn't take a genius to realize that this would break in due time. And alas, a week after use the I pressed in the lever to close the gripper and I hear a snap. The plastic inside the mechanism had broken, went straight to the trash. Why use a mechanism in the first place, no need to get that complex. And then using flimsy plastic was another fail. Long story short, save your money. It is not worth it. Dollar store purchase at best.
