Breville 12-Inch Pizza Pan: Disappointing. Lightweight and overpriced. Poorly finished: Lightly scrubbed baked on glop spots with a plastic scrubber and the finish lifted off with the spots. I've moved on to a Probake 12 in pan.

We've had our Breville Oven for less than a year and this pizza pan came with it. The coating is coming off already. We don't scrub it harshly or anything. We are going to have to toss it. What a waste.

This came with the Breville oven, so the "price was right" and it fits the oven. But those are the best thing about it. The nonstick loses effectiveness after a few months of use, requiring more scrubbing with a nylon pad to get off the baked-on foodstuffs.

Received the Breville oven for Christmas. Have had problems for at least 4 months. Have begun coating with spray oil, which still doesn't help. Everything sticks! Shocked at how thin the metal is; you could bend it (and I'm a weakling)! Compared to the oven, the pan doesn't match the oven at all. I'm going to try the ProBake 12 in. pizza pan next. ProBake Teflon Platinum Nonstick 12-Inch Pizza Pan

I love this. I keep it under the toaster oven - fits there beautifully. It is perfect for pizza and other things that need a baking sheet. I was hesitant about the purchase, because there were several reviews complaining about the finish. I have not found that at all. I can only think that these people either got a defective pan or they are very rough with them. Mine is holding up very well. Nothing sticks to it, so I just wipe it with my soapy dishcloth, give it a rinse, dry it and put it back under the toaster oven, ready for the next time.

My Breville oven is stupendous. The broiler pan it came with is very good. The pizza pan is a waste of money. Great size and shape, but started flaking after the first hand wash. Has flaked continuously since then and is now just a gooey, sticky, ugly mess that can't be cleaned. Is being tossed out tonight.

I have had my Breville BOV650XL since July 2010, and this worked great for awhile. I finally tossed it out last year after I had ordered a 12" stainless pan, to replace it. At least this one will not chip and I can throw it in the dishwasher. A NO NO with non-stick and aluminum.

The chipping wasn't coming from the cooking process -- I usually threw a piece of aluminum foil on it -- It was coming from the washing of it. Even with soaking -- I was still "scrubing", hence the chipping. I am finding, even with my newer (less than 2yr old) All-Clad Non-Stick Pans, the "non-stick" coating is sooo thin, it's not only laughable, it is becoming hazardous.

I got this as I thought it would be good quality being it is made by Breville. To my dismay, it is very flimsy with a very thin coating of Teflon that would easily come off. It is overpriced and a better one may be found for much less and at better quality.

I'm very disappointed in the product it reminds me of a kids easy bake oven pan it is so thin and cheaply made.
