This is my third cooler from cooper.
I wore out the first two. I had each
for years and was happy with them.

The new one is VERY noisy. The lid
does not open nearly enough to enable
trouble free ice and water addition.

The lid latch has to be rapped just
right to get the lid to pop open.
It most often takes more than 5 or 6
tries.

I have given it three months to give
it a fair trial.

It goes in the trash and I am paying for
a new cooler of the old style.

Also, a 20oz plastic Pepsi bottle
will not fit.

I have the older design cooper cooler and love it. In fact I have worn one out and on my second do I thougt this would make a good gift. The quality just is not very good. We set it up and turned it on. The this was very loud compared to the original and in 30 seconds we had water coming out the bottom all over the counter. Spend the extra money and get the original design.

Sounded like a great idea but it doesn't work. The first bottle we tried opened up losing half the beer. Subsequent attempts unsuccessful-bottles don't rotate as they're supposed to. Maybe cans work but haven't tried one.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband, as we live in Arizona having an icey cold beer after work is something to look for in this heat and the Blitz Chiller not only takes a warm beer and makes it cold but you have fun doing it. For days after my husband got this gift he couldnt wait to use it and he would actually not put his beer in the refrigerator so he could try the Blitz Chiller.

This is the best.
