This was recommended by my doctor and has prove effective. Unlike other forms the wafer is tasty and not disgusting as most of the liquid semi dissolvable ones were. It has 100 calories so a certain elimination of that amount of calories from your normal siet is advisable. Also do not take medication until after two hours of ingestinf as it diminishes potency of drugs.
