This product works well especially if you are one of the people that have to wear a C-Pap or Bi-pap at night. Over time I began waking up with very dry sinuses which ended up causing me to get sinus infections. Regular saline nose spray was evaporating too quickly in my sinuses to protect them from infection. After my doctor recommended this product I tried it, and immediately I had relief and have not had any sinus problems since.
