did not come with a chain to hang as advertised, nor is the power cord 5ft long as advertised (more like 3 ft); it is bright...in fact, I was surprised as other reviews say it's not; I thought it would have two levels of brightness one can adjust, as the product info says "soft" and "bright" LED lights...it does have two switches; an on and off switch, and a separate switch that makes the outer blue lights "move". as far as I can tell, one can not adjust the brightness.

I got 2 of these,one was to replace a beat up old led style open sign that was falling apart and one for the other office space we control
These are very visible even during day light hours,I have not seen it at night but imagine its even better.
The included chain seems sufficient but too short for my use.power cord is short,if your planning on mounting it high be prepared to get a cheap extension cable.all in all not a bad deal.

Forget all the crap some of these people put on here.....There just trying to get you to buy their product!!....This light is bright,functional and cheap.
The power cable is however 4 feet long. Looks much better than the Neon ligjt I did have due to its L.E.D's.
Also in comparison its much lighter!!! 5 STARS!!!
