Worked great for what I needed it for. I had bought a new shirt that was white and black and got a stain on the white part. Used a bleach pen that ran into the black and turned it that ugly rust color. Thank God this had it looking as good as new in no time. I will be way more careful the next time lol

Thank goodness for Amazon since this color was out of stock at my normal supplier. I love So Soft Fabric paint because it is totally hassle free. You do not need to mix in textile medium; you do not need to heat seal. You just paint, let it dry and go. It is easy to mix if you want to create custom shades. Just make sure that you put a piece of paper under your cloth because the paint can bleed through and get on your table.

I had high expectations for this paint after reading the other reviews. I'm happy to say that I was not disappointed. I love this paint. It's soft and the pigment is well saturated. Between this wonderful paint and letter stencils from Hobby Lobby, I will never have to buy graphic tees again.

I used this paint on a shower curtain that I masked off with painter's tape to make a modern design. It turned out fine, but I don't think the success of the project was particularly due to this paint.

--First of all, just be aware that this is a tiny bottle. I know it clearly says 1 oz in the description, but just know that 1 oz is super-tiny!
--The paint has kind of a matte plastic finish. It's not like a normal paint that would sink in to a fabric---its like a plastic film that feels sort of leathery after it dries. (Like a fruit rollup....maybe?)
--For my purposes, I actually probably didnt need a fabric paint. A normal acrylic paint in the normal 2 oz tubes that you can get for $1 would have been fine. But at least this gives me a little peace of mind in case I ever want to wash the hell out of the shower curtain.
--The black color is not particularly rich or dark. On my grey shower curtain, it essentially dried a dark coal grey, rather than a rich, deep black.
--The texture was a little weird. I found that it was difficult to apply without leaving patchy brush marks. Dampening the brush a little seemed to help.
