I bought this 01/18/15, and it is now 06/12/15, so here is my comprehensive review on the Jumbo Pearl finish caddy. First, you are never going to get a rust free caddy from any company because if you did, they wouldn't be able to get more of your money. Concerning this caddy - I like it, wish it was designed differently ;) The color and finish is great, hands down. I personally do not like the shelf area - the height is too short. The only thing you can fit in there is a bar of soap, anything similar to that or flatter. I was hoping I could at least maybe put a couple sample bottles of product on it, but forget that idea unless you lay them down. The small hooks below the shelf are fine for "regular" disposable cheap razors but if you are going for a better quality of disposables (women's Venus, Quattro, etc.) they won't fit (so put them on the shelf or you have to turn them around/manipulate them to stay on the hooks). Now the top basket part of the caddy - the metal "bars" that run across the bottom of the wire basket are on the inside, so the bottom is not totally a true flat surface (which it would be if the bars were on the underside of the basket - hope I'm making this clear, I'm trying!). Because of this, they can't really balance, so then your shampoo bottles lean to the side like they are going to fall over unless you have them perfectly placed on the mesh bottom, especially if you have a narrow bottle and there is space all around it. The only way to prevent this to have a bunch of bottles in there so they hold each other straight up, or have a bottle that has a very wide bottom so it has only a little space around it when sitting in the basket. It is a deep basket, so you don't have to worry about the bottles falling out.Read more ›

This a very elegant and sturdy caddy. I only purchased the bronze because for whatever reason it was $8 cheaper than the brushed nickel one, but I'm very happy with it and it looks very nice. I wanted a shower caddy that had hooks to hold my razor and the hooks on this one do an excellent job. It also fits my large, salon-sized shampoo bottles quite nicely. It snapped into place perfectly and the suction cups have held fine. I did have to mess with the suction cups a little bit to get them to stick, but since they have, they haven't budged. An excellent product that I'm very satisfied with.

This is a beautiful shower caddy and a wonderful size. However, within two weeks of using it, it began to RUST!!! Soldered joints are rusting everywhere, which shouldn't be happening after just two weeks, considering the price of the item and the description that it is rust resistant. I will be contacting Amazon to return it and another one I purchased as a gift shortly after receiving mine. Because of this rust issue, I would not recommend purchasing this caddy. I had previously purchased the brushed nickel caddy two months ago, which also rusted, but I felt this white one was probably more rust resistant (which is obviously not the case) so at this point I cannot recommend any of the shower caddies, regardless of the finish, since two of them have rusted after a short period of time.

I absolutely love it! I took my time looking for a replacement because I have a lot of bottles and no shelves in the shower stall. It is the perfect size for all my shower needs. It is too early to tell if the pearl white coating will hold out. I would recommend this caddy.

(10/14/2014)I have a follow-up comment on this product. I now notice fine rust lines in between where the coated metal touches each other. It has only been two months and it is starting to rust. That is too bad, I really loved the size of this caddy, perfect height and width.

This is an amazing shower caddy in every way...except that like everything on the market today it will rust out on you soo fast. Go plastic! It's the only way.

This shower caddy is perfect! It fits many bottles of shampoo/soap and is even wide enough to hold my noxema face wash! With a large household that purchases many different bath-care items, this definitely does the trick. I couldn't get the suction cups to stick onto my shower tile though, but no big deal. The weight of my items keeps it in place. Another thing I did to help out with any sliding that may have occured was to tie a gear tie around the base of the shower head in front of the rubber piece on the caddy. Works great!
