I actually had been using the green and blue discs for sometime on my PMD and saw little result after each use. Once I switched over to these red discs, I feel like I am actually getting a proper microderm abrasion! My skin felt like it had been properly exfoliated and the next day it would always feel baby soft! I wouldn't use this more than once a week to prevent major skin irritation from occurring. In addition, if you know that your skin is sensitive, I would not recommend this for you. I have gotten professional microderm abrasions done in the passed and feel that using these discs at home is equally as effective. Definitely worth the investment. Hope this helps!

I really like these discs, I just wish you could get more uses out of them. Each disc is good for 2 uses. It leaves my face glowing. Just do not put too much pressure because you can sand your skin off. lol

I bought the PMD system for myself and my husband. It is the best thing since sliced bread. I let a family member try it, and she bought one of her own. These little sanding bits are great. I clean them off, spritz them with bactine spray, let them dry and they're ready for another round.

Red Course Discs are perfect for my face. I have been using Retin A since it came on market in 1980's so I know all about exfoliation. Although my skin in very fair & sensitive, I use small discs on my face carefully & large disc on neck & chest. I have taken too much skin off a couple of times so be smart. You do not want to abuse & scar your skin. I used to spend a fortune in Doctors office getting professional treatments. Now I have control, have lots more money in my pocket & not one wrinkle still at 45 yo.

I agree with the other reviewers! I have been using the green, medium discs and didn’t notice much of a difference and decided to purchase these Red disks. And THAT'S what I am talking about! My face finally felt like I had a professional microdermabrasion done on my face and was so soft it was amazing! I use the larger “body”disks on my forarms where I have had some sundamage and have noticed a huge improvement. I applied "Home Health Moisturizing Cream, Hyaluronic Acid, with Restorative Hydration Complex" onto my forearms and hands and the results are AMAZING! Thanks to the other reviews for the tip to change to RED

These discs arrived quickly and were boxed well. I needed to upgrade to the green ones since I'd been using the lighter ones. I appreciate that they included the little black filter thingy as mine was getting a bit ragged looking. I've used the larger disc once and everything went perfectly. They fit the PMD well and do the job!
