I got my little wheel about a week and half ago. If you use it daily boy does it work! Don't push yourself to far to fast. I had no idea how to train my core muscles, and after having my 1 1/2 yr old I decided it was time to change that. I use the wheel a couple tomes a day for between ten and thirty mins, taking a min to relax when needed. I already can see a difference in my abs, they are now trying to divide with a line down the middle. I also recommend finding a exercise ball to work with. Someone on here talked about the spring in the middle, they dont come with it anymore. It does have a small gap if you don't push the grips all the way to the wheel. Either way it still works, and you can put washers in between the wheels to space them out if you want.
For ten bucks I have a new way to tone my core, and trust me this thing will work your abs better and easier than plain old crunches.

One final thing, I was not kidding when I said dont push yourself to far to fast. I have used this thing everyday but yesterday because the night before I decided I would go about a foot farther, and then five mins later when that wasn't killing me I decided to go EVEN FARTHER. Needless to say I pulled a muscle. But in less than two weeks I am doing so much more than I previously did. Just listen to your body.

I'm not sure what anyone is talking about by giving this product bad reviews. It works great it's a very smooth roll! As for the person that says it wobbles well ummm the point is for you to balance and use your core! Yes it is hard but boy does it work and fast! I waited to leave a review to see if I got some results and YES YES YES I love my results. It's about your upper body and stomach strength. Start slow and don't over do it. I'm now up to 4 reps of 20! Great product my hubby is doing them now after seeing my results!

The first day I used this as a part of my workout I did 2 sets of 10 extensions. A few hours later and the next day my abs were KILLING ME. That means the product actually works, and does it's job well to give your abs a workout. If you can feel the soreness that means what your doing is working, and I could feel my abs burning a million times more than doing crunches and even more than doing planks. I will say, this is a difficult tool to use as not only do you use your abs but you also use your back muscles when extending out. Just because it is hard though, I would not be scared of it. If you start with just a few extensions a day you will feel the effect and then you work yourself up from there. If you want something that is actually going to be an effective ab workout, this will do the trick. Be ready!

I got this through Warehouse Deals because it was so low priced and I figured I'd give it a shot. I already do a high number of crunches and sit up but I figured this little device would give me a workout in areas that normal cruches and such would not. It certainly is hard work, especially in the arms. I do find that it is hard on my lower back but I think part of that is my lack of exercises for lower back muscles. Right now I'm using it while I watch TV, doing sets of 10 with breaks in between. That way I'm able to do more without pushing too much. I'd recommend this if you are looking for something simple that hits a number of muscle areas and can be done while watching tv, cleaning house, etc.
