The Feedback Sports Velo Cache bike rack is simply the best bike storage rack on the market at any price. I purchased one last year for my office and another last week for the house. I originally purchased the Velo Cache due to its looks. Many bike racks on the market are rather kludgy looking, or require you to secure them to a wall or ceiling. But the Velo Cache is free-standing and stable, even though it has a smaller foot print than most other racks. The Velo Cache is a sleek aluminum column with well-designed cradle arms that attach to the back of the column rather than the sides or front. This design hides the mechanics of the rack and provides a clean, uninterrupted form. The Feedback Sports name stickers on the front of the rack are an annoying distraction from an otherwise great looking rack, but by bike industry standards, the stickers are actually understated and tasteful. I'd peel them off, but fear the resulting patch might be worse than the sticker.

The rack is very well designed. The design of the rack and cradle arms allows the cradles to be nearly flush with the face of the rack, thereby distributing the weight of the bikes nearly equally between the front and back of the rack. In other words, even when the rack is loaded with two bikes, it still feels stable and does not appear any more likely to tip forward than when empty. But the absolutely brilliant feature of this rack is the independently adjustable cradle arms: All four cradle arms can be adjusted independently, a feature that allows the rack to handle sloping top tubes, kids' bikes, small frames, and full suspension bikes.

I don't know how you intend to use the rack, but mine lives in plain sight in my apartment. I can see and touch my beautiful bikes daily, and when I'm going to ride, there's just no barrier to grabbing the bike, getting in the elevator, and onto the road in seconds. For me, this is a quality-of-life experience. Mechanically, the rack is sturdy and light enough to be easily moved at need -- and it looks good all by itself.

Great bike rack overall. Easy to assemble, made of quality materials, and in my opinion, the best looking one out there (I got the silver one which is sweet). I was close to buying one of those floor to ceiling stands but opted not to because I'd spend all my time being a worry wart about it toppling over - seriously, OCD me would measure the bottom and top every day to see if the stand had been slowly moving that would cause it to eventually fall. One of my bikes is over $5K+ and so I'd rather get this sturdy stand and avoid getting a cardiac defibrillator that I would otherwise need with the floor to ceiling stand. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Very high quality rack. Assembly is easy. Bike protection is very good. Fits perfectly on my road bike but on my 29r full suspension mountain bike the rack hits right on the machined surface of my rear shock. I am okay with that since I keep the bike wheels on the floor and the rack is really just holding the bike in position… not actually taking weight.

I checked out 2-bike racks through Google and liked the look of the Feedback the most. It looks even better than the pictures and is sturdy as a rock. I have no fears about it tipping over. Installation was easy and the bikes feel very secure when they are seated on the bars. (The wide top tube on my carbon road bike frame has nestled further into the cradle after a couple of weeks.)
I am very pleased with this purchase

After looking at many options in many price ranges I settled on this one. I'm glad I did. The baskets may not hold a ton of stuff but I find them useful for hanging a helmut and putting smaller accessories away. I love having the bikes stacked vertically in the garage. The adjustable arms made it so I could get both bikes very level and spaced perfectly. The rack is very sturdy. No more knocking bikes over moving around them. If I bump the bike it stays on the rack. Both bikes I'm using this for have horizontal or nearly horizontal top bars. I imagine if I tried to put our 60's female bike with the very slanted top bar it would not stay. This may apply to some mountain bikes as well. I'm sure there are racks with smaller footprints, but probably not ones as sturdy and versatile as this.

I love this rack. It's expensive, no doubt, but it's worth it if you have a lot of bikes and use them regularly. I bought the 4 bike accessory kit and then the basket. Worth every penny.

My bike is my sole mode of transportation and I ride it every day. So I need something where I can pop my bike on and off with ease. And the basket allows me to have my helmet, light, lock, etc. right there ready to go. I researched and built countless racks before buying this one and it's definitely worth the steep price.

I recently purchased two new mountain bikes and needed an efficient way to store them due to a lack of floor space in my garage. My road bikes are kept on individual stands designed for servicing them and they take up way too much space. This unit looked promising, and surpassed all of my expectations. It is rock solid, well designed and can be placed against a wall. Mine holds 2 heavy mountain bikes and there is no chance this thing is going to fall over. The fact that all of the hooks can be moved independently allow for the ultimate in flexibility for top tube angles to that bikes can hang level. Awesome product!! I ordered the silver finish which looks great.

Make sure you follow the directions. If your stand is not structurally sound, then you did something wrong. I made a mistake that resulted in lack of stability and then corrected it. Now the stand is perfect.
