What 4 months of 3 cortisone shots and 1200 mg of ibuprofen could not do this product started to take care of within two days. My chiropractor gave it to me after suffering for months with severe bursitis in right hip and inflammation that spread down my right thigh, right inner thigh up my right side and ended in a very painful knot between my neck and shoulder. I was using ice packs constantly just to get through my day. I used 2x a day, had a little stomach issues so I always ate an apple and some toast worked like a charm. After months of suffering in two days I was much better. Within 2 months it was almost completely healed. It has been over a year and I still use the product as a preventative. I can go about my day pain free. You have to make a tea, I recommend adding honey and some lemon water. Western medicine was helpless to stop my inflammation. This product worked. If you take Coumadin proceed with caution as turmeric is a blood thinner. They have taken the active ingredient from turmeric, the Cocurcumin out for this remedy. I also use Designs for Health capsules when I don't have time to linger over a tea. I also added Boswelia and Pennetrex to my arsenal of arthritis anti inflammatories. You can get these products from Amazon. If you are suffering with pain and inflammation put those 3 products together used religiously and you will be glad you did. Boswelia has no pharamaceutical interactions, Read up on Cocurcumin and Boswelia. Having some serious issues with degenerative arthritis I know about debilitating pain. The liberating feeling of enjoying walking my little dog pain free is wonderful. I thank God all the time for helping me find natures way of healing.

Excellent product with the fatty acids it needs to work. Bought another product first and found that it would not pass the gut barrier without fatty acids which it did not have so I took it with krill oil and noticed some difference but when I bought this product there was an obvious and great difference in my pain level. Love this product

I take one teaspoon per day for arthritis based on a recommendation from my chiropractor. It really helps relieve the pain in my knees. I have arthritis and have tried just about everything - the doctor says all he has left to offer me is knee replacement. I tried this as a last resort and I DO feel like it is helping. I have less knee pain with this. I can always tell the following day after I have forgotten to take it - the severe pain is back.
It doesn't really dissolve fully in liquid so I usually mix it with scrambled eggs, chicken salad, sweet potatoes, etc. It doesn't change the taste of the food but (to me) enhances the flavor. Warning: it will stain everything it touches.

Was prescribed this by doctor for systemic inflammation and it's wonderful. I use it in cooking for a lovely curry-like flavor that is more sweet than spicey. Instructions say to mix in water. Don't do it! It is not water soluable and makes a nasty mess. I use it combined with coconut oil on sweet potatoes or tossed on veggies with olive oil. As a supplement, mixed with a gob of canned coconut milk and eat as is. Tastes a bit like spicey pumpkin yogurt, though not tangy. I only gave it a fiur rating because it stains like the dickins.
