You'd think 3M would produce a quality tool, but not this one. The adhesive that connects the abrasive to a foam backing is constantly getting on the surface that's being cleaned, leaving a thick sticky residue that is really hard to clean up without ruining the paint.

Some batches of the parts are fine, and others are 100% useless.
