I ignored the other reviews that said this hat is too small. I thought "how small can it be" or "these guys must have big heads". Don't make the same mistake!

This hat has one size option and it's supposed to 'fit all'. I'm an adult male with an average-sized head. The hat is uncomfortably tight, and looks stupid because it only covers the top of your head. A properly fitted hat should come down to your ears and even tuck under them a little. This hat is not even close.

To make matters worse, Sam Ash refused to pay shipping when I returned it! Amazon was cool about it and gave me a credit to cover it, but no one covered me for all the hassle.

So unless you're 10 years old, don't buy this hat. And if you must, don't buy it from Sam Ass.

P.S. The Gibson site says they have a size option of L/XL. Too bad they are always sold out!

OK, everyone is different and I get that but this hat is made for a very small head. I think the tag inside said something like "man size"? I didn't fit me or 5 other adults. Ended up giving the hat to my friends 17 year old daughter. It fit her. Too much money for a toy hat.

Good quality product, embroidery is good. The only issues are that it cannot be adjusted. It has a built in rubber band that expands to fit bigger heads, but you cannot make it tighter. Another thing is that the cut of the cap is too shallow. It doesn't wrap all your head around sharp above the ears and way down on the back of your head. It kind of floats in the middle of your head.

I really wanted this hat to be better than it was. I kept reading reviews on how it didn't fit the average person. I went ahead and ordered it and was really bummed that the reviews were true. This hat is also cheaply made. I am surprised that a quality company like Gibson would have their name on something so poorly made.

I looked on their website for and alternate and maybe something that showed the size. My hats are always standard size and this hat is for a small boy or girl but not an adult.

My 13 year old son even said it was snug.

This is a simple hat. The quality is great, but I gave it only 4 stars because I think it runs a little smaller than my other X/XL fit hats. Amazon is the only place to buy this too, because Gibson's website is about 8 bucks more expensive.

I should have taken the advice of the other reviews. This cap looks like a beanie with a bill on it. Take the advice and do not buy this cap. I gave it one star because it is a Gibson cap as advertised. But that is about it!

The hat is nice but like everyone else has stated, it is small. I wear a size 7 hat and this thing I can barely squeeze on. Go to Guitar Center for the proper adult size.
