These trays are very effective for whitening your teeth. The price was perfect and the shipping was extremely fast. Be careful, however, with the directions for boiling to fit. In fact, you may wish to avoid this altogether and use them as they are. I made the mistake of trying to shrink them and ended up ruining the tray and having to buy another set.

These worked really well! I bought them to use for whitening along with a whitening paste. I recommend only holding then in the boiling water for like 3 seconds! They melt a lot faster than you'd think!

I bought this product despite of the so-so review. I did exactly as the directions said. Boil and bite.

I started boiling my mouthpieces.... it says to boil them for 4 minutes but after 1 my mouth piece literally melted together. I'm really at a loss for words.... and a loss of money. Glad they were cheap.

I would not recommend this.

I got these thinking they would be easy to use.... Like other reviews say... you get what you paid for. They melted so quickly and when you try to mold them they have mold have turn into the weirdest, most uncomfortable shape! I regret getting these...

Yes, these things come loose in a manilla envelope as one reviewer noted. I figured I was putting them in boiling water anyway so I just washed them up a bit and dunked them in to form them. Again, there are no instructions included with these. I looked it up online prior to getting started because I forgot the specifics from the last time I did it. I boiled the first tray for 30 seconds and since they are clear it was kind of hard to locate it with the tongs in the pot of boiling water so when I got them out I squished them horribly. I'm glad there were two included because there was no way I could have salvaged my first attempt. I learned not to boil for so long on the next pair and I held the tongs onto the little handle on the front of the tray the entire time I dipped them in and pulled them out so I wouldn't have to fish the trays out and risk mangling them again. I dipped them into the cold water for a second and then put them in my mouth. I did this process twice to avoid cooking them for too long in the water. I am happy with the results, they fit pretty close and for the price, I can't really complain plus the fate of the first tray was my fault. I do recommend reducing the time boiled and keeping the tongs on the handle the whole time for better results.

Not much to say here. These trays are cheap, but not worth buying in my opinion.

For one, they're horrendously thick. It's honestly a bit uncomfortable to have them sit in for 30+ minutes.

The other killer for me is the lack of directions. Boil and bite - sounds easy right? I boiled water, let them sit for 5-6 seconds, popped them in my mouth and formed them.. but they were a little too warm at this point and just kind melted in my mouth. Kind of formed, kind of didn't. Tried 4 seconds on the bottom one and it formed better, but it's still a mediocre fit at best.

You get what you pay for (not much).
