This product "looks" sturdy, and the neon markers are nice and bright on the boards. However, out of the box the joints were separating around the frames. When I pushed hard on the wood frame, my thumb left an indentation. Within the first week of purchasing, I put it outside and a gust of wind blew it over, chipping and scratching the paint and creating more indentations in the wood. Bottom line: It looks nice, but don't expect it to last long.

I thought I was buying a blackboard, (for chalk) it wasn’t clear. It arrived and the metal hinge
had been put on upside down! Doesn’t someone check? I had to take it off and re install it!!
There were four markers included. One doesn’t work. There were no directions on how to erase
the writing, once you use the markers. Water? spray? dry?

I ordered this board to use at the outdoor markets i work at, and it only lasted a few weeks. The bottom bar came out of one of the sides, which resulted in the whole pain coming out on one side. Tried forever to get it back in but in the end had to throw it out

We bought 2 of these sandwich boards for some markets we do, and during the 1st use they completely fell apart. While trying to glue the boards back up the pieces broke, so we couldn't even glue back up the joints.

NOT WORTH IT. Get something else.

I used this daily for 7-10 days, and it is already falling apart. I wasn't rough with it at all, and it never fell over. It is basically falling apart from going in and out of the car. It should be easy enough to fix, but if you are looking for a bulletproof sign this isn't it.
If I was going to do it again, I would recommend checking your local FedEx store. I didn't look into it too well since I already purchased this sign, but they have comparable sized boards complete with stands for $20-$30.

I used this product once and it broke. the entire black board came out of the frame.
I tried to glue it back together but it looks awful.I guess I have to return it.

I was nervous buying this chalkboard because of other reviews claiming it broke the first time it blew over but this has not been the case for me. Not only has it been blown over but also ran over by a four wheeler and has nothing more than a few scrapes. It is wonderfully made and easy to clean for the next day! I will definitely be buying another one.
