I ended up frying mine trying to wire it into a different decoy because I could not find a wiring diagram for it. If you are just going to put it in a mojo which is already wired for it, you would not have that problem. Some people will probably find the programmability a little intimidating or too complicated, but if you understand it, it is pretty nice.

I am extremely happy with the mojo timers. They were very easy to program and operate reliably. They help transform the continuos Mojos into a random flock of birds...much less scary and predictable to Wiley ducks. You can effectively use your mojos later in the season with these babies.

I'm not so sure this is the way to go - unless you have a battery with a poor life.... but then you can buy a replacement battery for less than what this costs....
Personally, I feel this "spin - don't spin" is flaring ducks, since Mojo doesn't know which side of the wings need to be up when the timer pauses (colored side, or white side) - then it kicks back into spin mode...
Just sayin' I get a couple or more of 5-6 hour hunts out of a single charge on a good battery, OR, a on/off remote that you control will conserve battery probably better than this self timer will

This timer functions like it is suppose to, but I didn't use much because the wings kept timing out white side up, flaring the birds. This may be user error, but it was just easier to let the Mojo run. It is still a good quality product that I would recommend to someone wanting to try a timer without the hassel and expense of a remote system.
