This is my second Atomik RC Radio Bag. The first one was for a Spektrum DX6i. I ordered this for my new Spektrum DX6 that is now available at your local B&M. It fits the DX6 perfectly with a neck strap attached to the stock eyelet on the transmitter. I like this bag because it protects the transmitter and keeps the package small enough to travel in my suitcase.

Just a heads up, I could not figure out a way to attach a Tactic AnyLink2 to the new DX6 transmitter and get it to fit in the Atomik Radio Bag like my older DX6i did.

I don't feel that this case fits the DX6. It seems too tight at the bottom of the transmitter where the scroll wheel is. It is decent quality and if fit, would be a great case. Power Hobby had extremely fast delivery (like two days) and in the end handled my return well.

This is a very nice case. I have a similar case that is shaped for my Spektrum DX6i. This case is easier to zip and unzip because of the difference in shape. When I bought the new Black Spektrum DX7 I needed a new case to fit the difference in shape of the DX7 transmitter. This fits great and offers good protection for the transmitter.

I purchased based on stars when I should have read into the reviews. I'm not sure why some say it fits the DX9 just fine. It doesn't fit mine very well at all. The case mashes into the front and scroll wheel. So much that I am worried it might break the scroll wheel eventually. I'm thinking about trying to modify that area (maybe cutting a small hole for relief over the wheel). But as a product specifically designed to fit the DX9, this is very disappointing.

This bag was pretty disappointing. It really doesn't fit my DX6 as well as it should. The handle has also ripped off after just a handful of uses. Not worth anywhere close to $30.

Not worth the hassle of trying to ship it back to Atomik to be repaired.

The bag is great material. It doesn't fit as good as the one for my DX6i (The reason I bought the DX9 Bag when I got the DX9). The scroll wheel and the horizontal trim buttons seem to smash into the inside of the bag.

I use this with my second generation (black) Spektrum DX-7 transmitter and it fits it well. It provided reasonable protection while sill being small in size. A foam lined hard case would provide more protection but at the expense of being bigger and more bulky. With this case the switches do get bumped and moved when putting into and taking it out of the case so always make sure you check the position of every switch before flying.

This bag is a little small. When you close the bag with the DX9 it doesn't close all the way. The stress point is on the bottom. The bag isn't quite deep enough. The bag can be closed but it pulls at the seams and puts pressure on the radio.
