Don't waste your money - All 3 ordered went back

I found that these don't keep your drink cool for very long. My cheap, four year old mug (liquid filled) keeps drinks 5x longer!

One of the three mugs cracked after a few days. To their credit, Amazon took all three back, refunded my
money, and paid the return postage.

Not as I would have hoped..

Doesn't keep my liquids cold long enough (2 hours top if not walking with it).. Size was larger than expected which is a plus and it seems studlier than other reviewers warned about. I think the cold factor would be much longer if it had it's own lid but over-all I don't regret the purchase.. Would recommend to others.

Works great. Huge capacity which is what I was going for, hate refilling water over and over again. I notice a lot of people complaining about it cracking, well, I assume that's because they neglected to read the cleaning instructions on the bottom. It's not dishwasher safe, so when you think about it exposing it to extreme heat (like a dishwasher) followed by extreme cold temperatures (like your freezer) it makes sense it would crack. Not a big deal for me since a glass only takes a few seconds to clean by hand.

Great Mug!!!!

Great mug but unhappy with it sweating making a mess under it with moisture. I was surprised with this. It does keep drinks cold but I won't get another like this. I like frosted mugs so using it direct from the freezer may have led to the sweating issues in all fairness..

I bought these for my son and daughter in law. The first time they put them in the freezer to chill, one cracked. Appearance is great, and they appeared to be heavy duty, but should not have cracked so easily. If my son didn't live 300 miles away, I would have sent the one back for a replacement, but am out of luck...

Item split open right down the midde not the first time!!

I loved this item when I first received along with a smaller NY Mets mug. They are made by a company called duckhouse who I tried to contact but I never heard back from them. The same thing happened to my Mets mug and another Giants one that I had purchased for my brother. His Mets mug is still intact. I was very happy for the first few months but than it developed a small crack on the lip and as I continued to use it the crack grew down the side and than to the bottom of the mug. The Mets mug and my brother's Giants mug suffered the same fate and all within 5 months. What disappoints me even more is the company did not even bother to answer my emails. The most I hoped for were replacements. Too bad because I love these types of mugs and they looked fantastic. Stay away from these.

Great but don't expect it to last forever

These mugs chill great but crack every year or so. My guess is the gel material slowly migrates to the bottom and when it freezes it puts too much pressure on plastic and it cracks. Has happened to four of my mugs and I never put them in the dishwasher. They do last longer if when thawed you leave it upside down and then refreeze. This larger size also doesn't chill as quickly as the smaller one due to surface area to fluid ratio. I like the smaller (16oz I believe) size better.

I've bought this mug twice. One for the freezer when the other is being used. Great for a hot day since you can fill it up without going back for you beverage and it stays cold for at least another 90 minutes. Can't say enough positive about this mug other than don't drop it especially when it's cold because it will crack. My first one has a tiny leak from being dropped frozen out of the freezer that was over-stuffed. I'm probably going to buy another. I saw that they have a four pack for sale. I wish I would've bought that in the first place. The image isn't that great. Kinda boring, but at least it's the Browns. GO BROWNS!
