Aromas are really wonderful. Potent for sure! Truthfully, I cannot consume this spice. Tummy doesn't like it. Same for mace and cloves. This tin went to my sister in California. She's been driving me insane for these ridic whole nutmegs. Stores do not sell. Cost me a fortune. At least no more complaining re fresh nutmegs.
