Already had a set of security bits, but they are much shorter. Given the type of devices you take apart, many have long recessed openings requiring a much long bit. These bits work great. I especially like that some of the smaller bits have a more slender shaft than the others which help in accessing the screw head when recessed. I uploaded some customer images to provide more detail on exactly what you're getting.

I work as a professional auto mechanic. I am an ASE Master Tech with advanced certification. I am always purchasing tools and where I can I try not to purchase Snap-on or other name brand just to save some money. When I purchased this set it was mainly just so I could have one bit a T-40 long bit to use when removing a Volvo thermostat housing. With this long bit it would save me a lot of work. So to be honest I didn't want to pay $25 for a set when all I wanted was one bit. But I also know that working as a mechanic the other bits will come in handy.
Well I put the bits threw the real test of hard work and they passed. The first thing that I notice when I received the bits was the weight. They actually weigh a lot. But I know from experience that just because metal weighs a lot doesn't necessarily make it strong. This is where tensile strength comes in. If a metal is made with minimal tensile, then the metal will twist and eventually break. If the tensile strength is too strong then the metal will suffer fatigue and break. I am very happy to say that these bits did not twist or even break when torque to proper foot pounds. I was so happy and to tell the truth a bit surprised. I had assumed, wrongly, because of the weight that they would break.
I am so happy that I purchased this bit set that I proudly display it on top of my Snap-on tool box and let every mechanic know what a great buy they are. This is one of those times when I find a tool that is less expensive then Snap-on or other name brand professional but still made to a high degree that they can be used by professionals. Whether you are a professional mechanic or a backyard mechanic I would recommend this set of bits. The quality far exceeds the price.

like some but unlike others, at least 14 of the set of bits i received were wobbly and out-of-round. (i haven't checked them all). guess whether or not your set is wobbly depends on the phase of the moon when the product was manufactured. disappointed. :-(

All the bits I tried were either bent or not milled straight. They all wobbled while spinning in my drill/driver. I would not recommend this set. I ended up buying the 3 bits I needed individually from a different manufacturer.

Precision cast and expertly machine finished. Very precise tolerances. Fit the nearly universal hex chucks and those with quick release mechanisms. Did not have any wobble or out-of-round issues as reported elsewhere. Great length for recessed areas or avoiding getting your hands cut to pieces in a hostile environment. Add this to a Hitachi DB3DL electric screw driver and you will be a force to be reckoned with. Well, what can else be said about a bunch of long metal doo-hickeys in a plastic holder? These babies are heavy and the complete set in-holder make for an awesome helper in a close quarter brawl. No disappointments here.

This is the best set of the kind that I have found out there. The long bits are a useful and a necessity. For the smaller bits, most screw drivers will not be able to reach the screw because the bit is thicker than the hole. All of my bits are straight, the proper size, the holes are centered, and the holes are the right size. There are a few other bits that I wish were included in this set (torx hole down to size 6 and start pattern bits for iphones). Aside from those, I cannot think of a bit that is missing from this set

I have use this tools for fixing appliances with security screws like Rowenta, Honeywell, Panasonic and other product i can fine that uses security torx screws.
