Been using this stuff for couple years now. 2 Scoops (100mg caffeine) is all i need then its off to the gym. Keeps me motivated and focus. Nothing special, just simple pre work out containing caffeine and BCAA's.
BUY WATERMELON if you do not want artificial colors. Grape is a deep deep purple. So unnecessary in a health supplement product. Very counterproductive.
