ordered 2 of these. both of them, exact same issue. feel a slight looseness at first, between the piston and the base of the seat, and over time (3-4 months, BOTH.) the actual lifter begins to fail. will rapidly drop from full height to max drop within 20 mins.... after years of purchasing online, i've finally been misfortunate enough to get a truly "crap" product. save yourself the money and find something worth spending monday on. (btw im not even close to the seats rated weight limit.)

Terrible chair, definitely not worth the price that I paid for it.

First off, the first shipment that came in was missing the middle piece connecting the wheels to the seat, and the circular "cap" piece that goes on top of the wheel base was shattered in pieces. After returning it and and getting a replacment, the 2nd shipment came with an extra set of wheels. Both shipments had damaged boxes upon receipt. Description says it's shipped and sold from Amazon, but I have serious doubts about that because of the wreckless manner in which the product was shipped.

Now, almost 2 months after I've had the chair, the seat-back is ripping from the base when I recline. I barely sit in the chair, so normal wear and tear is not an issue. The chair is cheap in its manufacture and definitely not worth the price I paid for it. I anticipate having to buy a new one soon because this one is not of high quality.

I sit in this chair about 5-9 hours everyday and find it very comfortable. The seat height, armrests, and back firmness are all adjustable. I was easily able to find an ergonomically correct position. I'm going to be honest, I am a very sweaty person and the mesh is great for keeping keeping me cool. I have seen people complain about the chair being wobbly, but I have found the chair to be very sturdy (I'm pretty sure they just never tightened the nob on the bottom).
