I have two male, yellow labrador retrievers, ages 5 and 4. My 4 yr. old dog has suffered from environmental allergies since age 1. Various vet visits periodically throughout the year with infections in his feet. Due from itchy skin and him licky his feet. He develops blisters in between his toes and then requires steroids and antibiotics to get over it. He has been on various antihistimines such as Benedryl, Claritin, Zyrtec, and Allegra. All of the meds help for awhile but never gets to the root of the problem. We have tried all kinds of various natural foods, raw diet, different meds, medicated shampoos & sprays. Like I said nothing cures it... just masks the problem a little bit until he gets another infection! So after trying everything, I was recommended this product. I am HAPPY to say after approx. 3 1/2 weeks taking 2 doses a day of the Herbsmith Allerqi he is no longer licking and itching. He also used to be hot to touch and panting at night. Almost like he had a fever but didn't. Since being on Allerqi he no longer is hot to touch! I hope he continues to improve and improve the longer he is on this product! My Dog has had an amazing turn around so far!

My dog Malinche is a rescued dog of mixed breed. She developed really bad skin allergies about two years ago, she would not stop scratching, her skin was all red, covered with a rash, bloody, it was really bad. Her vet gave her one shot of steroids that helped her for about 20 days. After that, I did not want her to be on steroids so I changed her food to a mixture of raw meat, eggs, carrots, rice, quinua, broccoli, raw and cooked chicken and she takes two of this herbal supplement a day. Also, she takes 2 showers a week with an oatmeal shampoo and I rinse her with oatmeal water. The pills are wonderful for her. If she does not take them. her allergies come back. But as long as she takes her two pills, she is allergy free. I imagine this product will not work for everybody, but for Malinche and us is a life saver.

I have noticed some improvement in my dog, but this was in addition to switching her to an all organic raw food diet with Dinovite supplements. She never suffered until I moved from my condo to a house with a grass lawn. $1000 in allergy testing found her extremely allergic to alder trees (which she is taking special drops for as well). She lives in an allergy free home with ionizer air filtration and is bathed twice a week with vinegar rinses. I was able to stop giving her Benadryl and refuse to give her steroids.

Please make sure that your dog suffers from allergies before using this product. Our dog has seasonal allergies that cause severe itching followed by scratching and skin infections. Steroids were standard for summer months. Since beginning seasonal use of Clear Allerqi her symptoms are virtually gone. I am very happy with the results. Please consult a veterinarian prior to using to make sure it is appropriate for your situation.
