I bought this Laptop Notebook Skin Sticker Cover Art decal to cover my Asus 15.6 inch widescreen laptop. The colors are very vivid and pretty and it was easy to apply. However, my only complaint is that it needs to be wider, in order to cover the whole computer. I had to trim the excess from one side and paste it to the other side to completely cover my computer. I think that next time I will look for a different brand of laptop cover.

We purchased this laptop cover for my daughters new Lenovo 15.6" laptop which we got for her birthday several months ago to jazz up and protect her computer. Installation is a bit tricky and will take patience. It does not fit out of the package, you have to cut it to fit the specific dimensions of your laptop. I measured the laptop several times as well as the cover (you only get one shot to get it right!). I used a straight edge (ruler) and a pair of scissors, when I cut the corners I rounded them as the corners on the laptop are rounded. After cutting, I then proceeded to put it on, this is where you will need patience. I started from the factory edge (the side I didn't cut) and worked from the hinge side down, I had to peel it back several times to get the air bubbles out and alignment correct, I got most of them out but there are still a few small bubbles. The corners have a few small wrinkles but that is the best I could do to make it fit properly. The adhesive is fairly strong and it hasn't started peeling, I really thought the corners would have started to peel by now. I didn't use the "free wrist pads" as her laptop is black and they didn't look right. In the picture they show this cover on a white laptop and it looks like it covers the hinge part but it does not. If you have a black laptop you might want to consider getting a skin that has a black background instead of white (just my thoughts). I actually thought about just cutting out the flowers and putting them on the laptop rather than the whole cover but this would have limited the protection abilities.

The quality of the cover is good, its fairly thick and durable and the adhesive is strong.Read more ›

It was definatley, pretty and it does protect my laptop shell. The underside came with cutouts of the different sizes. The thing i didnt like was that despite what it says it was too short for my 15.6 inch laptop. So I had to use the excess from the length and make up the sides.

I did not like the fact that I had to cut it to fit my notebook. I did not do a good job cutting it so it looks a little bit tacky. If you are good with cutting then it's okay. Another thing is that it had a lot of bubbles trapped under it. I may need to buy a hard clear cover so It doesn't look as bad.

Despite the reviews ..i still went ahead and purchased the skin..it was pretty and the price was minimal..it came quicker that anticipated and sure ..you have to cut it to size..they provided cutting guidelines..you pick whichever guide fits your model then cut along those line..as far as it not fitting..i have a hp pavilion dv6.screen is 15'6..i did NOT have to cut and paste scrap pieces to fit..unless scisscors are not your forte..this skin should fit your laptop within the size specs provided...

I love this! It adds great personality to my laptop and I get compliments on it. I bought another design so I could change it up once in a while but I like this one so much that I never changed it. I did have to cut it down to fit my laptop which took a bit of time but it sticks pretty well and it wasn't too hard to apply without bubbles.

I put this on my daughter's computer, it looks great! Looks like thick material, like it will last a long time. I watched an install video on youtube and it was pretty easy to put on. My laptop does have a HP emblem on the cover so there is a raised spot, but I'd rather see flowers so I don't mind.

I just recieved my cover in the mail, along with the matching laptop sleeve. I absolutely love it. It's a light, smooth case and looks beautiful! I am so happy with it, just from the packing. Unfortunately I don't have my laptop yet to attach it to, but I cannot wait. I just hope it sticks well! (That's why I didn't get it all five stars)
