These work pretty well. They last a while.

Honestly, the packaging tries to compare them to disposable mop pads, and I think the disposable ones work a little better. Obviously, it's much cheaper to use these, though.

The problem that I've kind of had is that the pad tends to pick up a little bit of dirt, but then it pushes it around. So I rinse the pad, but it seems like it isn't actually that dirty. Then I keep going, and in a few minutes I'm having the same problem again.

Overall, though, it's good enough. Maybe I am using a cleaning solution that isn't top notch, or maybe I need to swap out mop pads more often (which is why I just bought another one). Even though my experience of using this over the past year or so hasn't been amazing, my floors are pretty clean, and that's good enough. I do like being able to choose what solution is going onto my floor, and that is a nice feature from this mop.

I just bought one of these pads at Walmart for $5.94, so I guess Amazon isn't the cheapest. But, on Amazon it's only a few more dollars, and with Prime free shipping, a few dollars is well worth saving me the time and trouble of an extra trip to the store.

This product is great, it is so much better then the pads that you use and throw away. Think of how much money you can save by washing the pad in the washing machine and reusing it. I'm sorry that I did get this product (along with the mop) a long time ago.

Disclaimer: I love, love, love my reveal mop system! And given my review of the bottle I would gladly recycle my old bottle and buy a new replacement once or twice a year, than be forced to purchase specific cleaning refills and mop heads.

The system itself is wonderful, you are significantly reducing the amount of waste produced in terms of an alternative to swiffer mops, you are no longer at the mercy of a company forcing you to buy the refills associated with the product, and you control what is actually in the cleaning solution, which additionally significantly reduces exposure to industrial chemicals in those refill bottles passed off as safe. So, there are many, many pros, the only con I can really say is that these bottles are under a sort of vacuum stress once the disperse trigger is pulled, causing a corner to buckle on one side, which will eventually lead to a puncture from the stress.

Perhaps a re-design is in order or maybe this will always be a symptom of these bottles, either way it will not prevent me from keeping the reveal mopping system and simply replacing the bottle. The cost benefit alone is advantageous to my pocketbook, I control what is in the cleaning solution, and I have significantly reduced the amount of garbage coming from my daily cleaning activities.

I love the Rubbermaid Reveal Mop. The great thing is you can use what cleaning solutions you want and the reuseable pads you just throw in the washer. I bought 3 extra bottles, 1 for hardwood floor cleaner, 1 for hardwood floor polish, and 1 for the regular floor. It makes my life so much easier and I save money because I don't need to purchase bottle after bottle or pads of the other product. Thank you Rubbermaid.

I love the mop that this bottle goes to. One area of weakness on the bottles though is the O ring at the very top. This actually fits down into the mop. When these go bad, it leaks everywhere. I purchased a replacement bottle, which I needed anyway due to using other cleaners. A nice easy fix is to take a good O ring to your local hardware store and purchase a couple of spares so that when one does go bad you can replace it easily. This worked really nice and only cost us about .98 cents to replace. Now we have two bottles for multiple cleaners.

I do recommend purchasing a few of these bottles if you have multiple types of floor surfaces. This will save you from wasting cleansers when you have to change out the bottle from wood floors to tile for example.

This goes with the Rubbermaid Reveal Mop which I love. It came with one bottle but I ordered the second so that I could fill each to use different cleaners for different floors without have to pour out and refill according to different floor (wood, linoleum).

I love the Rubbermaid reveal mop and accessories because the pads are reusable and you can use your own solution. The mop pads last a long time - my original one is not worn out yet but I wanted to buy more for convenience so I can use this on different surfaces without rewashing the pad. Tip: not just for floors - Rubbermaid reveal mop is a great wall cleaner! Just mop up and down the wall with a diluted vinegar solution for sparkly clean walls with less effort.

I learned from my first Reveal bottle to keep it stored inside. With my first bottle, I would store it in the garage while still attached to the mop. Between the extreme heat and cold of being stored outside the house, my original bottle warped. Then it would not stick to the mop or allow any liquid through.

Now I keep my bottle stored under the kitchen sink, and I haven't had any problems with the newest one. I like to fill mine with a solution of distilled water, vinegar, and some Murphey's oil soap.
