Directions

1. Lift tab to rim.
2. Pull up & back slowly.
Ready to serve. Do not add water.
Stove-top: heat in saucepan over medium heat.
Microwave: heat in covered microwavable bowl on high 2-4 min. Careful-leave in microwave 1 min; stir. Refrigerate leftovers.

This soup has a creamy, smooth taste and is similar to a corn chowder but with a richer,chicken taste. We bought a case of this soup about 3 weeks ago at a food warehouse. When I went back to purchase more, it was no longer available. We searched grocery stores and found it at Giant. Purchasing by individual cans is more expensive, so I'm hoping Progresso will begin to sell by the case again. I love this soup.

I ordered this soup and EVERY can was due to expire in a month! I was very upset and contacted the seller. They promptly removed the charge from my account. The soup tasted good, but I didn't want soup everyday trying to use it up before it went out of date.

Very disappointed in this soup. It was watery and there was very little meat in it. It seemed to have more carrots than anything in it, potatoes were the second most plentiful ingredients but I wouldn't say there was a lot of anything in it.

Just received a Pantry box filled with 31 cans of this soup. Opened the box and soup all over the inside of the box. The cans exploded. Haven't even cleaned it out yet to see how many exploded but there looks to be a lot of them. What a disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I've made an effort to remove as many preservatives from my diet as possible, I can taste chemicals more easily. So, yes, there are chemicals in this that I can taste (but they're in ALL canned soups). I still buy one or two every month, though, for when I get a craving for pot roast. This does the trick very well - plenty of meat, vegetables, and potatoes. If you serve this with, say, a salad, dinner roll, and fruit or dessert, it will feed two; otherwise, it feeds only one.
