June 2015 UPDATE: I've had several of these mats for a few years now, and they are as good as new. No compression, no curling. Easy to keep clean, and super comfortable to stand on. I know they are expensive, but it doesn't look like I will ever have to replace them. Truly a superior product

I've had the gelpro mats for several years, and they were a great improvement over bare floor when working in the kitchen. After tripping for the umpteenth time on the curled edges (all three mats have serious curling and have had for quite some time) it was long past time to replace them. Came across these Wellness mats and decided to try them. They just arrived and they are vastly more comfortable and cushiony than the old ones, they are completely flat even though one came rolled up, and they are not supposed to curl or compress over time. The edges are beveled down to the floor so I do believe they will not curl. I bought the trellis pattern in Tan color, and although there is a logo, it is just embossed in one corner without any other color added and so is pretty innocuous. I am back at Amazon to order two more (in Burgundy) so that is a pretty positive recommendation. All these type mats are pricey, but if these hold up much better than the last brand, it will be a good long-term purchase.

We've had the mat for about 1 1/2 months now and my wife likes it. She spends a lot of time in the kitchen and the mat makes a real difference in her comfort level when cooking/prepping. The mat is decent looking (we got a deep burgundy color) and stays in place on the floor.

The only negatives are that it is a little thicker than I'd ideally like (you get used to that and it is not a big issue) and the price. Still it is a good product and we intend to buy another.

A great mat if you have to stand in one place for a long length of time. While more expensive than the most popular mat rated on Amazon, it is thicker and softer to stand on. I bought the other mat to cut down on the expense and it it not as giving as this is. If you can afford it, get this mat.

We looked for a new anti-fatigue rug for in front of the kitchen sink. We wanted one made in the USA, so after much research we ordered the Sublime Imprint anti-fatigue mat, and much to our disappointment upon opening it.....it clearly said "Made in South Korea." Amazon graciously accepted it back, and we ordered this much more expensive, Wellness Mat. The difference between the two mats in unbelievable. Spend the extra money on this mat, and you will not be disappointed! We couldn't be happier. The funny thing is...when our grandchildren come over, the first thing they want to do is jump on our new mat. :) It is that "cushy" and strong. We will not consider any other mat or company but this one in our future orders.

I love this mat. It is of superior quality and performs as claimed. I wish I had a huge one to cover my entire kitchen floor, which is slate so it's quite hard on the back and knees. The color is warm and true to the picture.

Bought this for the kitchen. Use primarily in front of the kitchen sink but have moved it slightly towards the stove so that it serves both. (Small kitchen). Rather expensive. I would have preferred a larger mat (it comes in many sizes) but the extra cost deterred me.

As has been mentioned by other reviewers, one's balance can be momentarily affected by stepping on the edge of the mat since the mat is quite thick. The thickness contributes to the comfort. A larger mat would have minimized this issue. None the less, the mat does its job very well, it's easy to clean, it looks good in place and I'm pleased.

The trellis wellness mat can make it possible to work in your area without feeling the symptoms of tired, achy feet. It absorbs the shock to repetitive motions in the kitchen for example, especially on hard tile floors. Since I have had a tendon replacement in my rt foot I found because of the wellness matte I was able to work longer on the floor without pain. Besides being beneficial for the health and well fare of my back, feet and hips it is an attractive addition to the area that creates a defense to the shock to your feet while working on hard services. The trellis design gives it more texture leading to a softening of your footstep. This is a great investment!
