I bought this giant bag of mints because I love those red minty pinwheel-ish type candies that you get at the end of a meal in certain restaurants. They are very simple yet I find them rather delicious. Maybe its odd to some people, but if I want to stay away from treats and forgo a dessert for the evening, I might just grab a handful of these little candies and watch a movie or something. According to Google they only have 4-5 cals per mint, so in essence, you almost burn each one off as you finish w/ it.

This bag of candy really didnt necessitate a review, I just thought I would share my love of these little mints and assure you that they are the ones that you will expect.

I have purchased a few bags of this candy over the past year.
It's a big bag with plenty to share and the candies taste pretty
good for peppermints; it states that real peppermint oil is used.
The only reason I gave this 3-stars is that in every bag there
are approximately 17-22 unwrapped candies floating around.
I have dumped the entire bag onto my table and removed and
counted the unwrapped ones. I would not eat them nor would
I want to pour them into a candy dish. There are no extra
wrappers in the bag, so they obviously didn't slip out of their
wrappers. Oh, how I miss candy made in the USA.

I like to keep a large bowl of candy on my coffee table for a nice homely feel. I had Werther's Original Hard, 34.0-Ounce Bags (Pack of 2) for two months and everyone loved them, but it was a time for mints! These are high quality mints great for any time of day, inoffensive, delicious and refreshing. I've loved these mints since I was a kid, they remind me of bite-sized candy canes, but it's one of those candies you get at restaurants or at other people's houses, so I decided to order a pack of me.

This pack is huge! Even with my guests (greedy shall we say?), I suspect they'll last for a couple months. The price, quality and quantity are great. These really feel like Christmas in a bowl and a perfect treat for fall and winter- make good decoration too. I definitely recommend these, they also make great stocking stuffers, party favors and add-on presents (I like to tie a little satchel of these to presents to add that extra touch). Glad I got this massive pack before Halloween, it'll be great for trick or treaters!

Love these mints. I deliver pizza, and decided to try these out to see if tips got higher. They did work, in my opinion, and for this many it lasts a long time. These would be great for a small business owner to have on their desk, or even for yourself - I am not a big fan of peppermint candies, but my family said these tasted well. They are quite strong, which is nice - they don't taste like the "cheap kinds" some places have.

It came packaged well, and didn't see any pieces out of the wrappers. No broken ones. I will assume they were all accounted for as well, but did not check on that. Are they "gourmet"? Well, no, but for a regular peppermint candy they are perfect!

When i bought this package, i was going to use the mints to help me wake up in the morning (because peppermints are a stimulant and wake your body up) but after i bought all these mints, i didn't know what to do with them all! i started handing them away to friends and family members and my kids love them. i really think that this is a great thing to have around the office or the house because it is so cheap and it lasts forever!!! Great taste, better than the mints you find at a resturaunt!

I am not sure what other complained about these for. They are candy. Sure 7 lbs is a lot and some are broken or unwrapped, but the flavor is powerful and they are just like circular candy canes - all year long!
