only a few of these were broken, taste reminded me of a croissant. We filled them with spinach Dip and we also did some sweet ones with tapioca. These are great for those fancy parties where you want to impress people. These were easy to work with, I plan on ordering these again.

These are a great product just make sure to order 3 boxes so you can get a full box of unbroken ones and send 2 back. They are fresh and flaky once heated and stay that way for 4-6 hours.

This product was exactly what I wanted and expected. My plan is to use them for a shrimp cocktail hors d'oeuvre. Squirt a bit of cocktail sauce into the cup of the bouchee and drape a shrimp over the edge.
