Directions
Daily Styling - Apply to towel dried hair. Work a generous amount of product into hair beginning at the roots to the tips. Comb through for even distribution. Do not rinse. Apply more to longer hair at the ends or problem areas.
Leave In Treatment - Apply as directed for "Daily Styling" just after shampooing. Re-apply and cover with a plastic cap overnight for maximum absorption and intensive conditioning.

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MIX WELL WITH OTHER PRODUCTS, IT SHOULD BE USED ALONE!

I use this product for twist outs, bantu knots,and just to basically keep my hair moisturized. You can use it on your hair either wet or dry depending on what look you want. When I use it dry it gives my hair a bouncy cotton look, when used wet it defines and adds shine. This product builds up quicky, so use when only needed.

Pros:It works it used correctly, a little goes a long way

Con:Build up, white flakes, and a fishy odar if not used correctly.

It smells delicious. It gives your curls life. It untangles some of the craziest birds nests my hair has ever had the pleasure of producing. This is the truth. I do not use any other conditioner anymore because this is all I need. Where have these products been all my life? I have literally been looking for you my whole life. Don't ever leave.

This is my favorite product to use on my natural hair. I use it while my hair is freshly washed and still damp. Keeps my hair moisturized and helps define my curls. Don't use too much because it may leave a slight white residue. A little goes a long way. In the pic, I washed my hair in the shower that morning, applied the Cantu, styled and this was the result after a few hours of air drying. In the second pic i used it the same way, but this time I used it doing the twist out method and waited until my hair was completely dry to untwist.
I've experimented using this product with other products. Some worked and others not so much. Now i test it with another product in my hands before applying in my hair. I've noticed that if it mixes well the cantu will stay in its original form. If it doesn't mix well the cantu will have a curdling milk look to it, so do not mix with that product of this happens(you'll have white clunks all over your hair).
This is my favorite product to use and this container usually last me about 2 to 3 uses(because I have soooo much hair).

For years I have struggled with going from permed to naural, ughhhh. My hair isn't coarse, its fine but oddly enough as its growing out its quite thick. I've had problems with dryness which is the root my evil. over the years my hair has broken alot, but I can contribute that to my indecisiveness with chemical vs natural. It's taken years but my hair and I have finally come to terms. I do texturize my hair, only to loosen the curl but for MY hair I wait 5-6 weeks between retouches(jus works for me). I kept a strict regimen of certain conditioners and shampoos now. When I first started using Cantu, it was last summer and my hair was a mess. It was very dull and for the life of me wouldn't stop breaking. I started taking vitamins and using shampoo a lot less and my conditioners more. Occassionally using a clarifying shampoo but I'm extremely careful about using that too(it dries my hair out). My hair is so sensitive to products and when my hair is dry it's EXTREMELY dry. My hair was very short (ear length) and hard to manage until I started using CANTU. They say your hair grows at least an half of a inch a month, sometimes more if you live in warmer climates. Well I'm finally finding that to be true. I've kept nearly all of my growth. I say nearly because I do trim it. Its growing out so silky and wavey. I have beautiful wispy curls almost to my shoulders and I can run my fingers through it and no greasey feel. Yes ladies I said, "Run my fingers through it." Its amazing. I don't straighten hair though, but I suppose I could but I love the waves. Sometimes I let it air dry to define curls. I'm constantly being ask how do I get my hair to do this. I simply wash well mostly condition, apply the cream, air dry and go. I'm absolutely shocked by the results and can't believe how long my hair is now. But I WOULD NEVER PAY 10 BUCKS when you can go to walmart and get for FIVE FOR THE SAME SIZE JAR!

I agree that this product is not the best when paired with other products, but the beauty of it is that you dont need to pair with with anything. I LOVE this product. It leaves my hair (that is very dry) extremely soft. Also I love this product because it is so effective on dry or wet hair. My curls come out so buttery smooth when I use this on dry hair its unbelievable. So I definitely don't pair this with anything, other than maybe a little oil to give it a little extra shine.

Hayy guys . Im desperately looking for a leave in product for my curly full, very frizzy hair. My hair type is 3a /3b and the product was good on the first use, i washed my hair and after i towel dried i split up my hair and made sure i got my ends, etc. When my hair began to dry i still noticed the frizz which made me upset, i waited until it completely dried, it wasnt the worst look, my hair was soft, doesnt really leave a sticky residue, but i know i have to apply often because. My hair is really dry and it will not stay shiny, but my second use was a little rough when i applied to dry hairt, its not the best product for my hair. But it does make it look nice for the moment. I havent applied the product today but the product is ok
