This lazy susan worked perfectly. I cut out a 2' diameter piece of plywood and attached it to the lazy susan and another square board for the base, put an antique circular end-table on that with a large TV sitting on it, and now I can easily rotate the whole thing to point in whatever direction I need it to.

It spins but not smooth as silk. I made my own turntable. It's good, holds the weight... but I would RATHER have smooth as silk. This is a bit "gritty" with the way it rotates.

I used this to make a rather large lazy susan for my dining room table. It was easy to install, even though it did not come with instructions, I just screwed the flat side to the wood I was using for my lazy susan. I didn't attach a second piece of wood to the underside so the bottom of the turntable sits directly on the table. I

The bearings can be a little loud, but I found the more weight I put on the turntable the smoother and quieter it turns.

I just slipped this under my plasma TV after applying rubber pads to each side and it works just as I had hoped. Due to the low profile you can't even tell its there and it stays in place perfectly without having to drill holes in my table or the TV stand.

"I intend to use this for the maximum width indicated for this lazy susan (30"). I don't expect the load will be anywhere the 750 lb limit. Work well?"

This question & its answers were key in my decision to purchase this lazy susan swivel; however, despite hiring a master carpenter to install the four mechanisms I purchased, WELL attached to 3/4" high-quality plywood bases and lazy susan tops, EVERY ONE OF THEM wobbles all over the place. They are NOT @ ALL stable enough to support even ONE POUND anywhere but DEAD CENTER.

Perhaps, despite being a master carpenter, he needed instructions.

NONE were included.

This was quite an expensive project, ruined by lazy susan swivels that wobble.

EXTREMELY disappointed.

Do NOT recommend for larger lazy susan tops. (Mine measure 29" each.) (Would assign NO stars if allowed to.)
