This sprocket is really well made. I used it in a mini-bike project and it was exactly what I needed to gear my bike down to the desired speed. It looks to be of lasting quality and not something that I expect to have to replace at point time during my lifetime.

The only con I can come up with is that it didn't include the set pin needed to install it on the shaft, but I had some laying around. The included set screws were easy to install and gave no problems.

Be sure you know what you're buying. There are lots of different sizes and tooth count on these, which means they have exactly what you need without having to search too much.

Great to have these on amazon. I was impressed with the quality of the steel. I had a very particular application and ended up having to weld it onto a shaft and had to grind part of it away. It is VERY high carbon steel. I don't think I've ever seen so many spark breakups in a grinder stream.

I needed to replace a sprocket with a different sized center diameter. I was given plenty of places to look on the internet, but who comes up with the size I need...? Amazon!! Who would have thought?? The selection was endless and the manufacturer was the same as the original stamped on the sprocket 50 years ago!! It worked perfectly and I couldn't be more satisfied !!!!!
