I was really looking forward to using these. Today I finally did and it was really disappointing.

Pros:

1. Ok for running in place in doors

Cons:

1. Slows running/ jogging time
2. Heavy
3. plastic digs into ankles and feet
4. slips even on concrete
5. these snag on the slightest cracks on the side walk

I dont recommend this particular brand, but I really like the idea so Im going to try the other brands, this one is more like a cheaply made toy.
FYI these are definitely NOT like having trampolines you can travel on like another commenter posted, and you cannot travel with them for an hour, they are stiff plastic TOYS. It's more like having heavy plastic circles crudely taped around your shoes doing nothing but weighing you down. For the record, I'm a regular runner, in good shape and well within the weight limit 125lbs, this is not a good fitness tool for running outdoors.

I have always said I wasn't a "runner". Well NOW I am! From the moment I strapped these on it was heaven. No impact at all and such a feeling of joy and oh so fun! I run for an hour every single day since they arrived. Costly yes but worth the investment. Think of it like a personal trampoline that you can travel on. Crazy fun! You wont regret getting these! Wish I could afford to get them for everyone I know. =)

Some people actually like this product. I wasn't one of them. I had to return them because they were too uncomfortable and just not right for me for more reasons than I care to go into on here. Needless to say, I sought and got a refund but that excluded the $18.00 it cost me to return this item.

I got these with high hopes. My hopes were crushed when they came though. They don't bounce at all, in fact I can jump higher without them. Running with them is like running with an extremely large hunk of plastic on your feet. Your feet slip out and they hinder more than help. If you want to jump high, get Kangaroo Jumps (What these were based on) or a pogo stick.
