This tissue paper is easy to describe. It's just plain black tissue paper that measures fifteen by twenty inches.
I really like this tissue paper. It was smaller than what I was hoping for but that was my fault. I'm bad at having an idea of how big things are by just giving me the measurements. I just saw it was fifteen by twenty and thought that was pretty big.
But it wasn't big enough for what I needed. I needed it to wrap a flower bouquet I made for my sister on her graudation day. But it wasn't ong enough or wide enough to cover the flowers well. I originally was going to wrap the flowers with black and silver tissue paper. Black on the out side and silver on the inside to make a cool color contrast. But the black was to small to wrap entirely around the flowers.
So instead I used the silver tissue paper to wrap the entire flowers.So the black had to inside the silver tissue paper.
The only thing I did was that I used three tissue papers stacked on top of each other so they wouldn't be see through. that helps it be thick enough so it won't tear easily and won't be see through.
the tissue paper came rolled up with a plastic cover. That was different I had nver seen tissue paper packaged that way. The product was really good. I only needed a few but for the price, quality and quantity I think it's worth it. Now I just have to find use for the other ninety tissue paper.

The price seemed so reasonable for that many sheets (100) and so it IS somewhat smaller than the usual tissue paper you buy in stores. The color is true which is very important (not a blue or brown black). It will be usable for the purpose for which it was bought (collage backgrounds). Just pay attention to the smaller size if size is important for the use you are planning.

It was my fault for not measuring but I assumed these were the standard size that I purchase in the store, but they are half that size. I ordered them to save money however I could have went to my local Dollar Tree and bought some there and cut the sheets in half and came out much cheaper. It looks like these are just large sheets cut down the middle, the cut isn't even straight. I won't purchase again.
