I bought this as one of the recommended oils for oil pulling, and it is doing the trick nicely. I don't remember to use it every day, but even so, it is cutting the plaque build up around my permanent retainer, and treating the inevitable tea staining that I get. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try oil pulling.

This sunflower oil has become the ONLY one I will use anymore. It's so light and refreshing, that I use it for everything. You can use it in all your recipies, for frying, it even works great for vinegar & oil salad dressing. Just use this instead of your usual oil and you'll see what I'm saying.

After coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil is the best for you. Very little added taste and is better at high heat cooking than olive oil. Hain is a very good brand of sunflower oil to use. Stay away from the dreaded canola (aka: GMO rapeseed oil).

The product might be OK but I never got the chance to find out. It arrived 3 days before the expiry date and by the time I opened it the product had expired. I was going to use it anyway but it smelled a bit off so I decided not to. The expiry date is hard to see; in fact it was my wife that noticed it and when I looked at the package the next day I had to ask her to point it out to me because even though I was looking specifically for it I could not find it.

I bought this healthy oil for frying, since I've been trying to steer clear of hydrogenated oils for the last few years. I've fried both food-food recipes and sweet, dessert-type recipes in this oil, and they were all wonderful.

It heats well without scorching and has no flavor that I can discern, making it, for me, better to fry food than olive oil or coconut oil, which both have very distinct flavors (the former is okay for frying regular food, but not-so-much for frying desserts and the latter is okay for frying desserts, but not-so-much for frying regular food).

As for the price.... What can I say except that, in my opinion, it's a wonderful bargain (even without subscribing to automatic delivery, which I'll probably end up doing when I open my last bottle). I'm so glad that I came across this product!

Sunfliwer oil is good for heart health, yet has nearly disappeared from grocery sto res. I can't find it anywhere here. Hain sunflower oil is very good, and I'm glad to have found it. I use it in baking, frying, and making salad dressings. It's perfect! Tastes good, works well for stir frying and tempura and French fries, as well as in waffles and muffins. A+
