I love this fun hat! However, I have to gave this a 4 star review for a few reasons: The fork in the photo is shown pointy side up, the fork on my hat is pointy side down; there are a few yellow scratches on the plastic eyeballs. My turkey looks a bit drunk, but I think that's part of the fun of it. I will wear this every Thanksgiving, and maybe for other holidays too :-)

Love my hat. I call him Tom and he is adorable. With a couple of large bobby pins, he really attached quite securely . . . secure enough to make it through the entire 5K. Also, when running, his head and legs bob along as if he's running with you. I only have a couple of negatives and they are minor. I didn't like how the tail was initially secured so that it wouldn't droop but I fixed that was a couple of stitches from the base of the body to the corresponding mid-section of the tail. Also, the fork is entirely made of felt so it doesn't stand on it's own. It does have two sides stitched together so I was able to insert a large unfolded paperclip in the middle and secure it with a couple of stitches and then a couple stitches to secure it in an upright position; worked great. One last thing, the inside lining didn't hold up very well at all and it was starting to shred after just the few times that I tried it on while making the above modifications. However, it doesn't show and I didn't find it that much of a problem. For next years turkey trot I'm going to make him a pair of shoes and iron onto his apron "Eat More Tofurkey".

Awful quality! Came with a hole on the neck, unfinished threading hanging from seams, and the hat is way too big for an average head (see pictures). The filling was also all messed up (the filling from the head fell out and was rolling all over the place). Such a disappointment :(

I had to return it doesn't stay on my head it falls off, its great to where at work gets a lot of attention. I will wait till next thanksgiving and buy it then, hopfully find one fits my head better lol.

I wore this to a Thanksgiving party and got a lot of compliments and laughs from it. Also had a stranger say it was fresh, haha.

I did notice the tight fit other reviewers mentioned, but it seemed to stretch out. At first I could even get it on my head, but being persistent, I kept stretching it until it went on. To my surprise, it actually wasn't too tight and wasn't uncomfortable. I was able to take it off and put it back on without any hassle after the very first time. So I'm not going to give any complaint about that. If you get this, just stretch it out a bit until you get it on your head.

Is so cute! I got a lot of laughs and comments! The reason the hat is shown on a female is probably because the hat is relatively small. It fit on my head but barely (and I'm a female). I doubt the average guy could wear out?

Does not stay on your head. The person in the photo must have a tiny head. The hat is more like a skullcap. You will definitely need additional supplies to keep this attached to your head if you are using it for a Turkey Trot running race.
