I bought Queen Bee trying to find something that would work as well on the dark circles under my eyes as what I had been using & that had ingredients that are nontoxic. I checked it out using EWG’s website (Environmental Working Group). My current product (sweet almond oil), like so many others, causes my eyes to burn & water.

Right away, I noticed that Queen Bee worked at least as good as the sweet almond oil. After finishing my first jar of Queen Bee, I realized that I never notice dark circles under my eyes any more. Other products reduced the darkness but Queen Bee has made me forget that it was a problem. I’ve used other vitamin K products with no noticeable difference, so I really thought that without sweet almond oil, my eyes would still look awful. This has worked better than sweet almond oil & much better than every other dark eye cream, plus it’s working great as a moisturizer.

Because some reviews I read stated that Queen Bee was too thick & greasy, I thought I’d add how I use it. I wash my face & immediately apply it all around my eyes. It is quite thick, which is what dermatologists say is necessary to hold moisture in for wrinkle prevention. By the time I’m ready to apply makeup around my eyes, I know that my skin has absorbed all it can. I dap the upper lid with a tissue to remove most of the product, but under my eye I dab the skin with clean fingers so that a thin layer will remain. Doing that definitely causes my eyes to appear less wrinkly under makeup.

I love this stuff. No dark circles, less wrinkles, no burning eyes, no toxins.

I came here to update that this product still does not sting my eyes, & realized that I never added information about the problem I had with this product.Read more ›

When I first received the product, I was a little doubtful because it did not look like I was expecting. It is more of a waxy substance, I was expecting a sort of cream. However, after applying this product under my eyes each night at bedtime for the last few weeks, I have noticed a significant improvement on the dark circles under my eyes! First let me say that I have had horrible dark circles under my eyes for about fifteen years (since I was about eighteen), and nothing has ever helped. I've often complained that they made me look dead--or undead, like a zombie. They've made me look tired and sick when I'm not, and I've hated them all these years. In my much younger days, I tried creams that were up to $90 a small jar, and if I noticed any difference at all it was so slight that I found I couldn't rule out wishful thinking as the reason for "seeing" any improvement. Fortunately, I realized long ago that spending so much money on eye creams that didn't really do anything was ridiculous, and I didn't try another till a few months ago.

I'm not at all exaggerating when I say that THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. I stumbled upon it accidentally and decided to order it on a whim (along with the fact that it had great reviews and was only $25). Honestly, it said it would remove dark circles, but I didn't believe it. All kinds of products say that. I don't know if they just don't work for my kind of circles or if the manufacturers are outright lying, but I've always felt that the most they'll do is make you feel better to know that at least you're doing SOMETHING about the problem and not sitting idly by. I almost couldn't believe it when I realized that this time was different. I saw a very slight improvement in two days. Slight--probably only noticeable to me--but definitely real. Not my imagination, not wishful thinking. Also, my skin started to feel smoother. I'm pretty sure my dark circles are the result of very thin skin--my eyes aren't sunken, but the skin under my eyes has always been recessed, a definite line between it and the skin over my cheekbones.Read more ›

This cream works! I'm dark skinned, and I have under eye darkness that ages me. I've purchased so many eye creams over the past 2 years: expensive creams like Peter Thomas Roth burned when applied; the Clinique product didn't do anything for me; and the Genefique product didn't work for me as well.

With the Queen Bee product, I saw results within the first two weeks! It has lightened my under eye area. My dark circles aren't completely gone, but noticeably different. I've actually left the house without concealer, which I would not do before.

The texture is great and it doesn't irritate my under eye area. I haven't been diligent in putting it on at night, but I do apply every morning. Based on the texture of the product, you don't need a lot, and I think I can get at least a year's worth of application out of this jar.

I highly recommend, and it is a great value.

"This is a very good product and reminded me of our old heritage of using bee wax during winters in Northern India. It goes in skin smoothly, does not leave sticky feeling and rejuvenate the skin layer. I noticed that this works best if applied right after the bath and before sleep.

Another thing that i noticed is that it DOES NOT sting the way other similar products sting once they land up in the eye. It is quite possible that some of the amount that is rubbed underneath the eye will travel to inside eye and that's when the problem starts. It will make the eyes red and itchy and they look swollen. Nothing sort with this creme. My wife liked the Aveeno Shitake complex but lately they changed the formula and that STINGS like hell in the eyes.

This does gives a little shine underneath the eyes that goes away after few minutes, also, it does not crape the under eye layer as is common with many good eye cremes.

I would recommend this to male and female species alike :)

I will surely look forward to buy another one."
