These handles are amazing quality. I previously had the Perfect Pull-up handles, but threw those away due to the poor quality (They were mostly made of plastic and I feared they would break under my weight, which was actually a know issue). The Stamina handles are built strong from solid metal. They have a great foam grip which is easy to hold onto. I have small hands so this is sometimes an issue for me. The pins are pointless, I can't imagine why you'd need them. I use the handles for a variety of exercises. Upright rows, bent over rows, inverted rows, pull-ups, chin-ups, and they work great in conjunction with the lat pull down machine. I even use them when doing shrugs so the bar doesn't rub up against my junk. I love these handles and won't do a back workout without them anymore.
Although the Stamina handles are great, I did make one slight modification to the handle set which made them absolutely perfect. I placed a thin strip of blue foam inside each of the hooks, held in place by double sided carpet tape and a small piece of duct tape. (I took a picture of this modification and uploaded with this review.) For an extra $3 worth of materials, and 5 minutes of my time, this was not a big deal for me. This keeps the handles from sliding and clanking against the metal bars at my gym. I made this modification over a year ago, and it's still going strong.

These fit my pull-up bar perfectly. I was worried that the diameter of my bar would be too large. These fit with room to spare. Makes varying my pull-up and chin-up routines so easy, and the grip is very comfortable. Keep in mind this lowers your working area by about 7-8 inches. Not a problem for me, as my bar is just at my finger tips, but I could see some people having to really bend their legs when adding these to a bar.
