Mounting a 70 lb, 50inch Samsung plasma on the wall is terrifying, but this beast holds it like a champ. Make sure you take your time on installation and get the lag bolts dead center on the studs. I used a stud finder to mark the approx edges of the studs, then went back with a small nail and poked multiple small holes to find the exact edges of the stud. This build quality on this thing is great. It's pretty heavy itself, and all the joints seem nice and strong. As pretty much everyone has said, the bearings are pretty tight, so this thing doesn't swivel around super easy, but to me that's a good thing. It does not sag hardly at all with the TV on it, even fully extended. A comparable mount at Best Buy would be $350, which is just plain dumb. I'd recommend this mount to anyone.

After reading the reviews I went ahead and bought this mount, I found it was fairly easy to install.
I would suggest that anyone looking to buy this mount not rely on the included level. Otherwise, the installation went smooth - remembering to measure twice and drill once.
most of the negative reviews cited the tightness of the armature and joints, this was true in my case. However, giving the bolts a slight turn of loosening helped. No more than a quarter turn and the arms are still solid but I can move them as needed without sacrificing stability.
Overall a great buy, this takes two to install. Don't attempt by yourself.

This is one of the few mounts that will accept my older panasonic plasma. It weighs about 100 pounds and has a 640mm VESA mount on the back. I tried to lube the articulating arms before mounting due to seeing other reviews that state under load it is difficult to maneuver. I have the same issue. That is the reason for 4 stars. I would buy it again though.

Mount arrived quickly and as described. Works great and supports a 46" Samsung TV with little to no sagging when extended. I would purchase this item again. The mount is a little tough to extend but may be due to the newness of the joints.

I just put this up this weekend for a 55" Sony Bravia and it is by far the most solid mount! I have installed Cheetah mounts which were crap! Cheetah mounts are good for smaller TV's since the joints on these mounts are weak and just the whole engineering of these mounts are basically what you would expect from a 3rd country product. The one I used to mount a 52" still sags downward and getting worse each year. And yes, it's mounted per instruction using the bolts provided on the studs. You get what you paid for. I also installed Sanus mounts which were good but outrageously priced! The Rosewill mounts are a great deal for the price. It even had adjustment in case you were off on the level - the plum feature was great! A+++

Excellent product. Stable and holds a 65inch let just fine. The support arms do slightly "shift" but that's mostly due to how offset the TV was to keep it center for my room (bad stud placement) the included Allen wrench did not match the screw size for leveling. The manufacturer box was well packaged (amazon box is another story) and because of that I had no real damage. Just scattered screws and boltd everywhere.

This mount is awesome, it is strong and sturdy and when installed correctly it won't budge.. Secured it the studs(Using a stud finder) and this thing will not budge. It is holding my 70 inch just fine and I can swing it or move it easily whenever I need to get behind it. I especially love how easy it was to make it level. Definitely worth it!!!
