This product is a good way to buy your EAS Carb Control in bulk. When you combine the price of the overall product and shipping, it does beat the price of buying the 4 packs from the local store. My favorite flavor is Chocolate, but French Vanilla is what it is, very vanilla. If you are looking to supplement your diet and pack on lean muscle after your workouts, these shakes are great. I normally have one after my circuit training and it fills me up and provides me the protein I need to recover. Low carbs, higher protein, can't go wrong with that...

I have been looking for the perfect supplement. I like Atkins diet but I'm 30 and I want to eat less cholesterol. I did the Medifast diet and it worked so well for me but I was unable to pay the 16.50 for the drink supplements every day. This works perfect. I drink two a day and eat a healthy salad and a healthy dinner. The calories are low and no cholesterol plus great flavor. I get a burst of energy from the b vitamins, I'm almost considering quiting coffee and just having one of these and some water in the morning. Good luck with your weight control;)

I usually drink the atkins shakes but I wanted to try something different after an intense workout. These are less calories and more protein but I can hardly stomach it. These are the worst protein shakes I have ever had. I would rather be overweight than be forced to drink this everyday. There are much better shakes out there. I highly recommend trying atkins shakes before you buy this product. Just because it's low carb doesn't mean it has to be horrible.

Whomever thought that adding pea protein concentrate was an improvement?! It tastes dreadful now. It used to be just right, why mess with a good thing. Now it actually tastes like sour peas, yuk. I guess it is cheaper for them to make. Just a shame, need to look for something more neutral. Hope manufacturer takes notice and fix that.
