My Standard Poodle, 4 years old, is a very fussy eater. Very hard to find a treat she likes, The chicken jerky (the hard ones) made her choke and got caught in her throat, tho she loved them. These are soft (and I know bit chewy, I cut them into small pieces),but she loves the taste. THEY ARE MADE IN AMERICA, and have healthy ingredients. At this point I am not getting them for her joints but because she will eat them!

My dog is allergic to everything and Wilderness is one of the only foods he can have. He loves these bites and they smell delicious. It's like I'm really give him chicken. Easy to digest, no stomach problems. That being said I wish they were less expensive. They're $10 around the corner and more with shipping on Amazon.

Okay, my dog is a bit of a chow-hound, she loves just about everything edible (not mushrooms however...). BUT, there are some treats she goes particularly nuts over...and the the Blue Buffalo Bites (salmon style) are definitely one of them. She dances, prances and pretty much carries on whenever this particular package starts opening up. She has not yet tried sneaking onto the dining room table for these as she has done for other treats (mostly because at the moment we are in transit and don't have a dining room table) but I have no doubt she would try--of course at 55# she's not very sneaky.

The biggest benefit, from the perspective of the person who sleeps closest to her, is that There Is No Gas generated. Some treats/foods are very high on the malodorous-gas producing scale and happily the Blue Buffalos are not among them. At least not the salmon ones!

All I can say, is Greyhound Approved and Highly Recommended!

We have a blue brindle Cane Corso (Dante) who is allergic to many common foods. He has mutton for dinner every night, along with sweet potatoes, and he loves Granny Smith green apples. When I was looking for treats one day at a pet retailer, a Blue Buffalo representative was there and we discussed Dante's problem with food allergies.

His recommendation was to try the Blue Buffalo Blue Stix Lamb and Apples Treats. He actually gave me a bag to try out--probably knowing that a 170# dog would eat more than a few over a long period of time--and I took them home to Dante. Whenever we bring groceries home Dante sniffs around the bags that appeal to him, so I tossed the bag with the treats in it on the floor to see what he would do. He was on it like mice on cheese.

Little did the Blue Buffalo rep know, but we also have two other small breed dogs. Both of them also like these treats so I buy 10-15 bags at a time. If you look around a bit for specials, you just might find them priced quite a bit better than this. When you do, buy a bunch to tide you over.

I have a 14 year old shiba inu with arthritis in her back legs. My poor girl has trouble climbing the stairs and walking after she has been sleeping for a while. It has always been next to impossible to get pills into her. She hates peanut butter, picks pills out of cheese, and on and on. These Blue Buffalo "Jolly Joints" are a yummy and all natural way to get glucosamine and chondroitin into her diet. The only negative is $9.99 for 3.25 ounces is pricey.

Samson, our Yorkie, would fight a rhinoceros for one of these jerky treats. He knows exactly when he's supposed to get one (morning and evening) and does the doggie dance of joy when treat time arrives. Happily, he's a small guy who doesn't need an entire jerky strip at one time, so the bag lasts a good while.

These jerky treats are especially good items for dogs as they are all natural and most dogs seem to immensely enjoy them. Sadly, some sellers don't properly handle these packages and the treats dry out and get rather tough as air gets into the bags.

The seller of this package provided a very fresh bag and it was better than a local well known store locally. I would buy from them again if they continue to carry this brand, handle it well and in turn, give me a very happy dog.

When this item arrived and the product was a fine powder. The bag was open from a bad design in the top, and all the sticks had disintegrated inside. Unfortunately this item isn't eligible for a return. It's probably best not to buy this online.
