I don't know what's in it, but this stuff immediately softens made hands. It has a slight fruity smell that's pleasant and not overwhelming. It also dries quickly and does not make your hands feel greasy. The other St. Ives products are fine, but this stuff is great. The 2. oz size is perfect for car, travel or work. Amazon is the only place I can find this.

I bought this cream and use it on my face and elbows. The wrinkles are diminishing and my elbows are no longe rough. The smell is nice and for the price is a great buy.
