If you are looking for a posture aid this will do the trick. You can't rely solely on this it should be used as a reminder to sit-up straight. It does help hold your shoulders back to an extent but you still have to do some of the work. It is best worn 1 hr on 1 hr off until you can build up to wearing it longer.

The brace did not do well at preventing the bottom of my shoulder scapula from winging out. It also caused a lot of resistance from me having the ability to push my arm forward. The brace seem to isolate the front of the shoulder and not do as well supporting the back side of the shoulder. I am a quadriplegic whose right shoulder blade was winging out. When tightening this brace it was hard to do it in a manner that Both sides even. I would be open to trying another brace but I am self funding this by trial and error and am considering others in the future.

It's ok. After a little while it does feel uncomfortable under the arms. Need to wear something with sleeves to help with that. Ithink to have any effect need to weat this a few hours every day.

I was only able to use this product for 15 minutes before it cut under my armpit and I even tried wearing it with a long sleeve. It's not worth even a $1!!! It's in my garage ready to be thrown away:(
