I have used this for several years, and it is the best hand cream out there. I would like to mention that it does not 'feel' great on your hands after you put it on, as it has paraffin in it, (the reason it WORKS!) , therefore I only use it at night. I have found that using it only at night, it does the best job, as it stays on your hands and gets a chance to work. I tried wearing it during the day, but found it didn't stay on long enough to do any good, as I seem to be working with water and washing hands too much. Just using it once at night still makes my hands much softer than any other lotion or cream I have tried, day or night. I recommend it to everyone I know!

This cream is great for anyone, especially gardeners and homemakers. Formerly, I used cocoa butter, but O'Keefe's Working Hands Hand Creme is more economical and does the best job. My friends and family comment that my formerly chapped and dry hands are supple, smooth and soft without cracking, which is a 100% improvement, which I attribute, principally, to the application of this product after working and removing gloves, if used, and also every evening before going to bed. If you try it for several consecutive months, you will verify that my comment is spot-on!

OMG! this stuff is a miracle in a green tub! if you have dry cracked hands or feet-you need this stuff. my hands and heels were badly cracked and the guy at the hardware store told me to try this-so I put this on my hands and feet once a day and one week later...both my hands and feet were cured!!! love, love, love this stuff.

Great hand cream for rough and chapped hands. I also bought and reviewed the feet cream. Neither is greasy and if used regularly you will notice a smooth difference and appearance in your hands and feet. I have tried many different creams and O'Keeffe's seems to be the best for me.

This hand creme is amazing. we tried it out at our woodcrafting store. before we left the store, we noticed "healing". we bought one immediately and by that night some of the cracks in our hands were closing up and healing. We bought this 12 Pack of O'Keefes Working Hands Hand Creme in the 3.4 ounce size so that we could share a product that we love with friends and family. We have found that it works great for hands but we also use it for feet sometimes too. My youngest has the worse time with the under sides of his toes cracking and it works great for that and for heels that are cracked from dry skin too.

This item was packaged appropriately and arrived with in the time estimate that was given by Amazon.

I have Eczema and the ointments the doctor gives me stop the allergic reaction, but, really dry out my skin. This is the best cream I have found to manage the dry skin and It doesn't leave me covered in Vaseline. I was buying it at a local tool store and they were out of it when I went in last week. So, I bought the 12 pak since it doesn’t have a shelf life and I keep a can at work, at home and in the car. Also, it works out a couple bucks a can cheaper this way.

this stuff is great. my wife is an RN, and has OCD, so she washes her hands A LOT. She applies this stuff at night and it does the trick of soothing her dry cracking skin without being overly thick or greasy. I use it too, and would say its actually pretty light and works well.
