I have been using PlaqueOff for many years. My recently deceased Chow Chow had his last cleaning at age 6; he lived to over 15 and never needed another cleaning. (His teeth were worn down but there was no tartar or gum disease.) I have a Pekingese who is now 11. He has been using PlaqueOff most of his life. His teeth are pearly white and any build up on his molars is easily knocked off, sometimes with a fingernail. He has NEVER had a cleaning. Vets are continually amazed at his teeth and gums, and for anyone who knows his breed, it's clear why they're amazed. My other Peke, whom I rescued last year, had significant buildup and terrible gum inflammation. After 6 months on PlaqueOff, I asked the vet who neutered him to examine his teeth while he was under, and she reported back that he did not need even a cleaning! I should have known; when he first came to us, he wouldn't chew on anything and now he and his chew toys are inseparable, now that it doesn't hurt anymore. I am now using it with my cat who has had minor tartar buildup.
180g lasts me a year with all my animals. it is well worth the investment to avoid unnecessary surgeries and upheaval, not to mention the increasing discomfort over time when tartar builds up and gums become inflamed.

This product is amazing...my dog had water stains around her mouth and bad breath but after just a few days of putting in her food...her breath was ten times better and the stains after a few weeks are disappearing!
