THIS STOOL TAKES UP VERY LITTLE SPACE. IT IS SURPRISiNGLY LIGHTWEIGHT AND DURABLE. THE WHEEL BASE PREVENTS THE STOOL FROM TIPPING EVEN WHEN SITTING ON THE EDGE, BUT ALLOWS THE STOOL TO ROLL THROUGH THE NARROWEST OF DOORWAYS.

I bought this stool to start my massage business. I just got it today and put it together. I figured out if you dont twist the seat on, the hydraulics will not work and the seat falls off. Once I figured it out, I realized what a great deal I got. Great stool!!!

Best thing about this stool? The price. As a massage therapist, I have been looking for a stool that was under $50 (most are even more), and this one fits the bill. It is also durable, holds up well to the massage lotioned hands. I gave this a 4 star because the cushion is quite hard (which adds to the durability, but you wouldn't be comfortable sitting on this stool for a long period of time). Fortunately for me, I sit on the stool for a maximum of 10 min at a time - not a problem at all!

I ordered this because I'm looking at having foot surgery with a cast for 6 weeks. I wanted this to help me scoot around my upstairs (I have a knee roller for downstairs and outside). However, this does not work on carpeting (at least, carpeting with a deep pile).

It's a great roller-stool, but not for my purposes. For professionals at doctors' offices, massage therapists, etc., I would recommend it. And, the shipping was extremely fast! (I got it in two days.)
